Order to Delivery Process

  • 1. Select the Item You Wish to Purchase

    Once you have decided on the item you’d like to purchase, click the “Add to Cart” button. The item will be added to your shopping cart.

  • 2. Proceed to Checkout

    Click the “Checkout” button on the “Shopping Cart” page or from the cart icon on the left side of the screen. This will display the contents of your cart.

  • 3. Complete the Purchase

    Follow the instructions in the cart to enter your “Buyer Information,” “Shipping Address,” and “Payment Method.”

  • 4. Receive a Confirmation Email

    You will receive an email confirming your purchase details.

  • 5. Product Delivery

    Your ordered product will be delivered to the specified address.

Shipping Information

We ship using the most reliable international shipping method available, based on current logistics conditions.
The international shipping fee from Japan to any address in Singapore is a flat rate of $30, regardless of the purchase amount.

All listed prices include tax.

Return Policy

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since the date of delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging materials provided at the time of delivery.
